Rising Talent Management ("RTM") represents children and young adults of all ages for television, feature films, commercials, and modeling.
Ed Goldstone, one of the founding members of RTM, grew up in the agency business and worked for his father at the Goldstone-Tobias Agency for three years. Following this experience Ed worked at ICM Talent and Literary agency for 17 years working with "A" list type talent. In 1992 he opened his own personal management company called Goldstone Entertainment and has been managing ever since.
Debbie Entin, co-founder and managing partner of RTM, grew up in the entertainment business at a very early age. Debbie graduated from The University of Southern California with her BA in theatre. She acted in various television shows, films, hosting and modeling positions. Some of her televison and film credits are Days of our Lives, Young and the Restless, USA High, Hang Time, The Tonight Show, The X Show and Swordfish to name a few. She has also modeled for Skechers Shoes, Bath and Body Works, Frito Lays, Nexus Haircare, Betty Crocker, Hannes, K-Swiss,Coors Light, Carabella Swimwear etc. She has done commercials for McDonalds, Pepsi and Bud Light. Debbies love for the entertainment business and children inspired her to start this management company.
Emily Silverstein has worked with RTM for several years. Emily graduated from The university of Washington with a degree in psychology. She is also on the lookout for talented fresh faces. Her friendly personality, eye for good talent and love for kids has made her a great part of the RTM team.
Ed, Debbie and Emily are a very good team and selective in who they choose to manage. They work very close with their clients and provide them the guidance they need on and off the set.
